As his career developed, his musical journey took him beyond Memphis to Atlanta, Georgia, and Springfield, Missouri, where he continued working with accomplished artists and groups.
During his time in Atlanta, he worked with The Delfonics, while later performing with Granny’s Bathwater and backing Martha Reeves of Motown Records.
He also worked with Rare Earth, further expanding his experience within the Motown musical tradition.
Each collaboration brought new opportunities, new sounds, and valuable experiences that helped shape him not only as a performer but also as a songwriter and producer.
